hhh architects has designed apartments, homes, hotels, clubs, schools, medical centres and retirement living across the Gold Coast, South East Queensland and NSW since 1978. The current website holds a lot of that work, but in a structure that Google and AI tools struggle to read. This proposal rebuilds the site around every sector, every service, every area and every project, with the search architecture that traditional SEO and AI search both need, built in from day one.
hhh has something most practices would love to have: more than four decades of built work across eight sectors, Master Builders and Australian Institute of Architects recognition, ISO 9001 certification and Queensland Government pre-qualification. The website already holds much of that, but it was built for people clicking through, not for how clients now search, on Google and in tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers.
Education, health and retirement share one page, and commercial and industrial overlap across two. Each sector needs its own page to be found for its own searches.
Your project pages are your strongest evidence, but none of them tells Google what the page is about with a main heading or description.
AI tools quote websites that answer questions clearly and describe the business consistently. The rebuild gives every page a clear answer to quote.
What this proposal covers. The website rebuild only: design, build, content migration and the full SEO and AI search architecture described in sections 04 and 05. Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile and Google Ads management can be added later as a separate proposal, and the new site is built ready for them.
On 13 October 2026 we checked every project and article page on hhh.com.au, plus the homepage, sector, about, contact, FAQ and history pages. The content is good. The structure underneath it is what holds it back.
Source: all 90 project and article pages, plus the homepage, 6 sector pages and the about, contact, FAQs and history pages, read directly from hhh.com.au on 13 October 2026: headings, page titles, page descriptions and structured data (JSON-LD). /llms.txt returned 404.
Each issue is marked with an "FD note" on the matching page of the concept site, with what we need from you to fix it.
This is not a moodboard. A working 119 page concept site already exists, with every page from your current site rebuilt using your own photography, your own copy and your own phone number. Open it on your phone, filter the projects by sector, read a sector page and send an enquiry. Everything works.
hhhwebbuild.pages.dev
Your homepage, rebuilt. Vue Broadbeach, your words, your phone number.
Multi-residential, residential, hospitality, commercial, education and childcare, health, aged care and industrial, each written for its own searches.
All 46 projects with location, client, yield and awards set out clearly, filterable by sector and linked from the sector pages they prove.
New pages for feasibility, interior design, project management and body corporate work, plus the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.
A dark, architectural layout that lets the photography lead, with call and enquiry buttons always one tap away on a phone.
The concept becomes your live site. The difference from today is structure: a page for every sector, every service, every area and every project, each with one clear heading, its own address and the questions clients ask, so Google and AI tools can tell exactly what hhh does and where.
Modern, fast and built to last, on WordPress, which our in-house team builds and supports.
The foundations Google needs to understand and rank each page.
Built so that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers can read, trust and quote you.
Accurate content, and every enquiry traceable to where it came from.
Traditional search and AI search want the same thing: a clear page for each question, facts stated plainly, and the same business details everywhere. The concept was built that way from the first page. When someone asks Google or ChatGPT for a hospitality architect on the Gold Coast, or who designs retirement villages in Queensland, the new site gives them a page that answers exactly that.
AI tools name the businesses whose websites answer the question clearly. Today, your FAQs page has no FAQ markup and your project pages do not say what they are. The concept carries an "In short" answer on every key page, over 50 FAQ answers with structured data, and an llms.txt summary. One honest note: Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in search in May 2026, so the value is in being understood and quoted, not in an extra listing feature.
The concept means the structure and the first draft of every page are done. What is left is your changes, your sign-off and the build.

One fixed fee for the full website rebuild, including the SEO and AI search architecture. Half on acceptance and half at launch. No monthly fee is part of this proposal.
The bottom line. $1,750 + GST on acceptance and $1,750 + GST at launch, for a 119 page website built for traditional search and AI search from day one, with every current page carried across and redirected.
All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Fresh Digital is registered for GST. The website is $3,500 + GST ($3,850 once GST is added), payable in two equal parts: $1,750 + GST ($1,925 once GST is added) on acceptance and $1,750 + GST ($1,925 once GST is added) at launch. The fee covers the scope in section 04; hosting, domain renewal and any ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile or Google Ads management are not included and can be quoted separately. No ranking position or number of enquiries is promised; results are measured, not guaranteed. The website, its content and your accounts remain yours. Payment details are at the end of this proposal. This proposal is valid until 12 November 2026.
Some of the issues, like headings and descriptions, could be patched. The bigger ones cannot: education, health and aged care sharing one page, no service or area pages, and project pages not linked to the sectors they prove. Fixing those means restructuring the site, and the concept shows that work is already done.
Every current address is redirected to its new page with a permanent redirect, which is how Google is told a page has moved. We check the redirects and indexing in Search Console after launch and fix anything it reports.
Yes, wherever they work. The concept uses your copy from the current site, corrected where it was wrong and expanded where a page needed more. Every change is listed for you to approve.
Writing and marking up the site so AI tools can understand and quote it: a short, clear answer at the top of each key page, FAQs with structured data, your business details in a machine-readable format, and an llms.txt summary. No one can guarantee an AI tool will name you, but these are the signals they rely on.
Not to go ahead with this. The rebuild gives you the structure. Ongoing SEO, your Google Business Profile and Google Ads are what grow rankings over time, and we can propose those separately once the new site is live.
